Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship all the orders received before 8 am same day or next day. Please allow 2 business days from the date of your order for your order to ship.
**In the event that product is not shipped to you we will be refunded within 48 business hours.

Restrictions:

We do not ship heavy (20kg above) or large boxes (30" or more) to P.O. Boxes. We ship across US and Canada except Territories, Newfoundland/Labrador Remote, Hawaii and Peurto Rico. 

Returns:

We strive to provide smooth hassle free returns

• Returns requests can be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
• All returned products must include original packaging.
• Return shipping costs will be paid by us for all cases where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. for other cases (e.g. buyer changes mind), buyer will be responsible for this cost.
• We understand you may have a change of heart about the product you received. If this is the case, we can provide you with a prepaid return label; however, the original shipping cost, as well as the cost of the pre-paid return label will not be refunded

To request a return, please email us at info@viscologic.com with required order related information, which may include some of the following:

• Order ID
• Date you received your order
• Condition of product
• Condition of packaging
• Reason of return, stating what is wrong with the product (if required send images)

All refunds will be processed within 4 days
